Packaging for shipment was very good and shipping cost was very very reasonable. Seller removed the vacuum tubes and wrapped them individually, at my request and kept in constant communication. After unpacking and partial disassembly to reinstall the tubes, I found some internal damage. The seller responded in a positive, professional manner with a partial refund of the purchase price. I'm very pleased and would buy from this seller again!

I highly recommend this seller- especially due to their great customer service when troubles arise. I bought a pen from this seller and received it promptly; however, when I examined it, I noticed it was not the pen pictured in the listing. I messaged the seller and informed them of the mixup. When USPS subsequently lost it for a week (through no fault of the seller), Mike was engaged and responsive in resolving the shipping issue. If I could leave more than a 5 star rating for communication, I would. Absolutely A++ experience. I will 100% be purchasing from them again.
