It wasn't even a metal yoyo, never mind being a N12 Desperado Aluminium Alloy metal yoyo, instead it was a K1 plastic one, inadequately packaged with damaged box. I have complained to the seller and responded several times to their facile replies, (including sending required pictures of the wrong product) and they merely insult me further calling me 'dear friend' and offering a measly 30% partial refund
