Item was as advertised, arrived within expected window, went right on the backpack and works great!
Part was for an OGIO backpack-- strap snapped in a luggage cart mishap and the company doesn't offer replacement parts (they just ship you a whole new pack, which is kinda ridiculous) so was REALLY happy to find this seller. Have to shorten the tail on the male end but otherwise exactly what I needed.
