    Qi Gong Exercise for Healthy Body and Mind

    It is an excellent introduction to Qi Gong for beginners with more advanced options for the persistent ones. It also has very nice guided meditations as bonus features. I appreciate and enjoy the positive vibe of the instructor, Qi Gong and Tai Chi master Chris Pei, that sets the tone for mental focus and meditative experience.
