I checked the size guide before ordering, sent for a 4XL which was supposed to be the right size for me (size 18, prefer 20 for comfort) Size 4 XL was listed as UK size 22. When it arrived it fits my friend who is a size 10, would have fit someone a size 12, not size 18, Def not size 22. So I was offered a 15% refund, I said the size chart needs amending (gave coat to my friend) oh and price has gone up by £3 since I ordered

I have sent the jacket back as it was too small and I have asked for a refund the quality of the jacket was very good for the price I was disappointed it didn't fit the only problem I had was I couldn't print off the label to send it back so I wrote the address out but I did have proof of sending from post office.
