Sometimes translated manuals can be misleading.The plastic buttons tend to be a bit rattley but for the very low cost, this item offers a good quality solution.👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Nice little device. The instructions are tiny so but worked out you press on button and then press + and - together to turn it to tx mode. My ear buds paired with it automatically and I can now hear the television clearly. Ideal for impaired hearing. There is a bit of latency but it’s ok.
