I did NOT receive the item that I ordered. I ordered and paid for a QUEEN mattress and was sent a twin. When I contacted the seller for help I was told that they would look into it and even after contacting them again they never bothered to get back to me. I then initiated a return which they accepted but the seller did NOT supply any label or instructions to send back. I was only given some address that doesn't even look real in China. What am I supposed to do with this?
