The item has a technical fault with the bridge height. The supplier immediately offered to refund it but it required return to China, and there was no automatic return method. There was also a 10-day shipping period. The supplier did offer to provide return postage payment via Paypal but I chose to keep it, and will have it repaired locally. The supplier has met his obligations correctly.
