    I used this to elevate my broken ankle. I put a pillow underneath it to increase the height. It is massively easier to use and keep in place, and more comfortable, than using a pile of pillows / cushions. Don't know why they didn't have this in the hospital. Thoroughly recommended if you need to elevate foot for a while. The foam is comfortable but not soft enough for your leg to sink in. Generous size for both of my (small) legs. Will use as backrest afterwards.
