    The Book is OK for the price. Pros: * Compact * Complete Bible * Looks Good Cons: * Paper is so thin it is see through (Makes it harder to read and easy to tear) * Smallish print, Need good eye sight, but easy enough to read if you have it.

    Excellent book for life!

    This is the original King James from which many other versions are generated. Easy to read, good paper & print, and the Apocraphya contains both the Catholic as well as the Protestant versions with assorted other supporting tests. It's a great rendition for those who want to know/study in English what the text said in the first place!

    Best version of the English translation of the Bible I have encountered

    This 1611 facsimile KJV Bible is the best version of the English translation of the Bible I have encountered. Very affordable. I hope it stays affordable, as we need to spread The Word, so the more affordable the Holy Book is, the better. :) I hope that the Sovereign, Live God speaks to you through his spirit when you read his inspired Holy Word preserved in the King James Version 1611 Bible. This Bible features beautifully illustrated and well-preserved (facsimile) texts (inclusive of the original fluid spellings of the words) from the original 1611 edition, reproduced in an easy to read font. I find that the fluidity of the spellings of some of the words (which were difficult to get used to at first), do not hinder, but instead, aid in God's spirit coming through the word, at least ...

    KJV 1611

    I thought I would have to get used to the words and language. That was not the case. Once I figured out what letters was used and what had not been "invented" yet, it was really easy. I normally use the KJV so understanding was not a problem. U's are v's and vice versa. J not invented and f's were used as s's. E's were used at the end of words quite often. It is interesting reading in place of the later KJV. I'm especially thrilled with the apocrypha included. I have an NIV with apocrypha. Language is different. 1611 is way better.
