I received the wrong item, I messaged the seller straight away asking for them to send the correct product that I had ordered. It seems like I kept getting generic responses and none of the responses mentioned how I can get the right item back. Due to the length of time this has taken it is not worth me sending wrong item back and waiting for correct to be sent as I would miss the date I needed it by. Seller did not seem interested in correcting their mistake. Customer service has let them down.

Extremely disappointing. The wrong size item arrived. I ordered an A3 sized light box, but received a tiny A5 one with ‘A3’ written on the side of the box. It also has chips all over it, corners are chipped and there is some weird greasy fluid on it. It turned up in unoriginal packaging, with writing on the side saying ‘seller - flutegirl2008’ Looks like it’s a used item, even though it was advertised as brand new.
I’ve sent messages about it, and have had no helpful reply. Dreadful seller.
