Not as bright as I hoped for but it coped with the application it was purchased for. to show slides at fair in our community hall the lights had to be on in the hall so bit unfair to have expected more What I DID find was the projector has an in-built slide show function so I did not need to link via VGA lead to my old laptop. Instead just converted JPG to PNG files and loaded onto a USB. In future I'll use a mini-SD card so even more discreet!
