It was shipped in poor packaging. The disc was fine and I had to replace the case. I only wanted a refund amount for the case replacement giving them the benefit of the doubt. But due to no communication and poor packaging I wouldn't reccomend this shop.

Until I opened it up and the front and back of the case separated at the spine. Case split straight down the middle of the spine. I contacted them through ebay and showed them pictures and explained the situation and they sent me another one completely free and also let me keep the broken one as well.
