    Pretty good, not easy to set up initially without assistance from the web, Yes it had been opened & interfered/updated/changed with. Not new as described, but at moment still seems to fulfil all necessary functions.

    Initially not that user friendly

    Not as user friendly as a Iphone but got it because of SD card memory. So after a few initial struggles it is working well. Wish that customation was not such a long drawn out process and that everyvtime I made or received a call, i was not directed to a page riddled with ads!

    Fast, easy, fits in my pocket.

    Fab phone. I was looking for the smallest & most up to date one I could find. This is great. A tiny bit bigger than my old z3 compact, but still fits in my jeans pocket. I was worried I wouldn't be able to work it very well being I'd had Sony xperia phones for ages. But it's very user friendly. Glad I bought a refurbished one. Absolutely no difference from a new one & saved me money. I'm 30, and my mum has just got the same one. She's 65. Great camera, great battery life, fab screen and easy to work settings. Haven't found anything I dislike about it.
