The for sale advertisement indicated that we were bidding for 3no pairs of boots sizes us7 uk4 eu37 but just 1 pair was sent to me size us7 with no previous request from the seller. I consider that i should have received all 3 sizes as per my bid & the advertisment

I'm sorry that you're not happy with the boots. The three sizes listed are for the same pair of boots in US, UK and European measurements, not for three different pairs of boots. US7, UK4 and EU37 are all the same size. In the listing, the pictures show only one pair of boots, and in the Description, I provided a link to the Casadei size chart which shows all three sizes as equivalent.
