The item was described as a USB Christmas Tree, so I ordered it. When it arrived, it was battery operated so I contacted them. They offered £2 compensation which wasn't what I wanted. They subsequently offered a full refund. Very simply, if a used car is advertised as a Ford Focus, I don't expect it to be a Vauxhall Astra when I arrive at the dealers!

I wouldn’t ordered from this seller again, as item I purchased and advertised, is not what I received. I contacted the seller on numerous occasions to send correct item but never received it. And seller refused to give me a full refund, so wouldn’t recommend.
