UPS completely messed up the delivery and lost my package but this seller was very attentive and on top of solving the problem. Ultimately the package was found. Two of the pieces were broken upon arrival but it seemed that UPS was at fault for the broken pieces. The seller indicated that she would file a claim with UPS but I have not heard anything from the claim. Overall I had a positive experience and I could not have asked for the seller to to any more to help than what she initiated herself
