Der Verkäufer war sehr um Kommunikation bemüht da sich der Transport verzögert hat , daher ein noch Neutral. Die Uhr wies neben einem nicht beschriebenen Kratzer im Glas bei 32 auch für eine "ungetragene" Uhr unübliche deutliche Tragerückstände auf. Ein vorstehender (!) Federsteg (!) bei der Sicherheitschliesse lässt ebenfalls eher auf einen nicht sachgerechten Zusammenbau nach z.B. Bandkürzung als auf einen ungetragenen Zustand schließen. (...alle erwähnten Punkte siehe Fotos. )

Aufgrund Ihrer Beschreibung des Zustands der Uhr kann ich nur davon ausgehen, dass die Verpackung manipuliert oder beschädigt wurde.
Es kommt mir seltsam vor, dass Sie es nicht kostenlos zurückgeben und eine Rückerstattung erhalten möchten.
Ich für meinen Teil beharre darauf, zu sagen, dass das Objekt genau so ist, wie auf den zahlreichen Fotos dargestellt, die ein wesentlicher Bestandteil der Beschreibung sind und das Objekt vor der Verpackung und dem Versand getreu wiedergeben.
