At 50 centimetres my phone gives light intensity measurements from 5k to 10k lux and 10k to 20k lux at 25cm. This is not a perfect measurement as it does not count the invisible NIR light (which makes up half the output from this fixture), which I have no way to measure, but I can definitely feel it on my skin. The actual measured power draw of the unit is 95 watts not 300. The LEDs do look like they could be 5 watt LEDs, but they must run at 1.58watt.

Im only 4 days in and can see a massive improvement, im also getting sleep like Ive never had before, my partner said “ Ive never herd you snore let alone see you sleep so much since we’ve been together” so when I say it’s changed my life I mean quite literally!
