Had to wait several days for some dry weather in order to put his item together. When at last possible to try constructing this without getting soaked it was a shock to see just how many pieces there are. Really fiddly, really small screws for some parts, making it difficult to pick them up. I could go on but won't - suffice to say if I had known how difficult/fiddly it was going to be I probably wouldn't have ordered it After several hours work, it's
still not finished. Would not recommend.

They quickly came back to say courier had misplaced package and offered full refund or replacement. I asked for replacement which they despatched same day and it was delivered next day. Arrived as described unfortunately the stand broke whilst I assembled it.
Contacted seller who gave me two options either to exchange it or refund. I requested an exchange and a replacement stand was sent to me very quickly. When it arrived the packaging was damaged but when I assembled the roller stand it was undamaged fortunately and works fine and I am very pleased with it. Informed the seller about damaged packaging when delivered to me who were to follow up the issue with courier.
