The item was faulty and contained a previous customers returns note although it was listed as new in unopened original packaging. Once fitted it leaked and had to be replaced so I had to get the part from elsewhere and pay the plumber to do the job twice. The money was refunded and the seller apologised, but their error cost me a lot of money which I have had to suck up. Not good enough - will not use again and suggest caution if buying from them.
