After a week of no movement on tracking, I contacted the seller. They refunded my payment and reported the parcel as lost. The parcel eventually arrived - I took photos as the packaging was torn and open; one of the boxes was empty and contained no cream. The whole package looked like it had been chewed up and spat out. Seller refunded my payment as promised and said I could dispose of the parcel or keep it.
