I paid $20 for a Prince tennis jacket + the unreasonable shipping cost of $10 for UPS ground (jacket weighs less than 1lbs). Total cost: $32. The item didn’t even have the opportunity to reach me by the arrival time of.January 12th as the vendor NEVER even bothered to package and ship it. NO response to communication which puts me in the only position of assuming, unfortunately, that this vendor is UNPROFESSIONAL at best, and/or FRAUDULENT at worst.

Suites 2692 responded very honestly saying that it was his mistake that he hadn't shipped the item. He rectified it with great professionalism by apologizing, sending the jacket immediately and even included 20% in cash for the inconvenience. I have been trying to find a way to remove my negative feedback and replace it with positive feedback but Ebay won't let me do that. MY only option was to enter a follow up comment which I am doing here. Thank you Suits2692! A+++
