Item advertised as brand new with damaged box . Chromebook had a dent in lid . A few phone calls and offered 10% discount . When I accepted a discount they changed their mind to £10 . Absolutely not worth just £10 discount as damage was visible . Took a full refund in the end .

Delivered within agreed timeframe by Curry’s delivery team. The item was as described, having heard some scare stories, I was a bit worried. The only cosmetic damage was to one of the feet, which was then repaired voluntarily by the delivery team, who were also apprehensive about delivering a refurbished item as they hadn’t seen its condition until they unpacked it. Overall very happy with the condition and great discount received!
