As described. Excellent communication! USPS left package at wrong street and wrong street number and marked as delivered. I immediately contacted seller to help locate. Seller wasted no time responding saying they would look into it. In the meantime someone contacted me through Facebook saying they had my package. I notified seller then and after I picked it up and each time they replied without hesitation. This all took place on the weekend. Customer service doesn't get any better than that!

    Cheap wheels and a bit large but works and plastic doesn't mark anything

    The rolling stools I remember from libraries were indestructible and had good wheels. This thing has plastic wheels that look like they won't last long. The stool is also a bit large which makes it hard to tuck out of the way. The plastic construction is kid safe and it won't dent or mark anything it bangs into.

    Scooter Stool

    I am short so it is hard to reach the upper shelves in the cupboard. I have it in front of my cupboards all the time. If it is in the way it is easily scooted out of the way with one foot. It is solid. I feel safe when I use it.
