Even though the site mentioned delivery after Christmas, I emailed checking delivery time as I wanted it for my husband for Christmas. They answered and identified fast track but although I couldn't find the option but they sent it fast track and I got it on 23rd. I then had a query with it on Christmas day and sent an email not expecting any contact until after the bank holidays but had a response 5 hours same day! We overlooked a remote that was tucked in the package, they have an app as well.
