Great communication and delivered really fast. Classed as a grade C refurb, but not a mark on it, and works great, came in a generic PS box with all parts wrapped and a security sticker on. Aside from the "unofficial" PS5 box, you wouldn't know this wasn't brand new. Very happy, great seller.

I was expecting a brand-new item in pristine condition as described in the listing, but unfortunately, the box arrived damaged. This does not align with the description of the item being “new and undamaged.” While the delivery itself was satisfactory, the packaging condition was not acceptable and fails to meet consumer rights standards for new products.
