Wonderful! Seller offered to change the necklace to a custom color of my choice and added a bit of length per my request. I received it much sooner than expected. The packaging was extremely safe and secure; necklace was padded with newspaper from India which was pleasing. The necklace itself is just as lovely as it was in the picture. I am very happy with this purchase and this seller, and I recommend them highly.

Seller authorized return, but would not furnish label. I contacted eBay customer support-after many phone calls, they suggested I go to Paypal for refund. Paypal, after many more calls made a return label for me-it cost $31+ after I shipped it, I was unable to track it-UPS said the tracking number did not exist-Paypal refused to believe me. I'm out $239.47, which ends any hope of having Christmas. AVOID THIS SELLER-PICTURE IS PAYPAL RETURN LABEL-SEE FOR YOURSELF-I FOLLOWED INSTRUCTIONS
