Green wooden Dragon arrived with 2 pieces broken off it, it was not well packaged. I asked for a refund as the item was broken, but the seller was reluctant to give a full refund, he offered me a £6.00 refund and keep the item, then a £7.00 refund and keep the item. I said I'd glue it back together and keep it for a £10.00 refund; I was then refunded the £13.49 full refund, (I sent photos.) Why not just offer a full refund to start with? I'm not too impressed!

My neutral feedback was too harsh, the seller refunded me the full amount and I decided to repair the item and keep it. If I could change the neutral feedback to positive I would but it's not possible to do so so apologies to the seller.
