Item arrived with a broken base. I sent seller a request for replacement. Did not hear back from seller but a few weeks later, the replacement part arrived. Original packaging was not damaged, so it's likely not the seller's fault but that of the manufacturer.

The camera looks pretty good but the customer service is awful. I received the camera four days after I ordered but was missing some parts. When I let them know, we started sending messages back and forward, them telling me that it was complete and me sending them pictures of the missing parts and it took forever to receive my missing parts. When I said forever, it was more than 2 weeks.
