The wrong item was sent they sent a tube silicone sealant rather than 5kg tile grout . The price difference is quite considerable not in my favour . I have e mailed 4 times asking them to sort out the delivery or a refund but no reply . I have now sourced the product elsewhere but I am still owed a refund
