The ite delivered was faulty..stripped of the nozzle which is a vital part to a print head. Returned as eventually agreed with the seller (it took some convincing) but the seller is now refusing tk pay retur postage. I cannot recommend this seller as they are not showing themselves to be trustworthy. I will change this if they keep to the agreement.

We did agree to refund you(without any convincing), as per eBay policy we were asked to provide a prepaid return label, which we did. As a buyer you chose to not use the Evri drop off station at 2 miles away from your post code as you mentioned to us ‘’you wanted to just walk to the post office”. Why would we agree to pay return costs when we have provided you with a return label ? Ultimately, when we processed refunds the value was set by eBay with no option to adjust even when we tried to.
