The seller communication was very good. In the beginning my parcel had wrong address (another country) but that was a transportation mistake. I contacted seller and immediately answered and send another item. The item itself was in very good condition, well packaged, corresponded to the description, and i am very happy about it. The only downside was the fees. For a purchase of 180 euros I payed another 114 to customs clearance, but that was not a sellers fault.

Prompt & safe delivery,well packed but sadly some clot in despatch dept at Ana wiz sent 2 small bottles instead of 2 of largest size as ordered. But no problems with this firm who I have used before, As soon as I notified them they immediately apologised and sent the missing quantity to me within 48 hours. These are good people to deal with and we all make mistakes occasionally. I strongly recommend using this firm if you want a fair price, integrity and good service should anything go wrong.
