Failure to get it to work.
Having purchased this item and asked eight different people to help set it up, only failure ensued.. Instructions so small that I needed a magnifying glass to read them. I have not yet thrown it away but like most new electronic items,it is much too difficult to set up. I just wanted a simple machine to tell me how far that I have walked.Total failure so far.

Product acceptable but not the best
The first product I received was faulty and they sent a replacement. Must say excellent customer service. The tracker is a nice product easy to use very light. However, it is not sensitive enough, I was wearing it with a landyard and it did not record my steps. You have to wear it around your waist for it track your steps.

A little dissapointed.
I thought this product was being supplied with a strap, but it was not, although there was space in the package for one. The belt clip works fine and has a firm. I do find that if I have to handle the pedometer during the walk, it is very easy to press the reset button and lose the steps already taken. For the price, I suppose I should not be too surprised.

Jury still out ....
The instruction page included has been cut off so that some of the instructions are missing. I haven't managed to get it working yet . I'm going to ask my son to try as he's more technical than me. The item is a well-known reliable brand, looks good and was a bargain price. I'm disappointed though.
