Firstly they assessed where they needed to bring the sofa and if they could get it in through the front or back door. They carefully took extra time around corners/walls to ensure no damage to our decor which I’m extremely grateful for. They ensured I was happy before they left and took packaging with them! Very friendly, highly recommended!!!
