Seller had contacted me after reading about my unsatisfactory on my purchase due to poor packaging. Even after I stated I was fine with keeping my damaged item, they insisted on re-shipping me a new item, and that they would themselves package it carefully. I offered to ship the damage item back but they let me stay with it. I just received confirmation on my shipment. It was what we wanted but I just don’t see why it has to have the high shipping fee and it still take awhile to get here I just think that part should be free or at least cheaper if it’s going to be weeks before it gets shipped out
