The reason I give these ratings, because the product smells like paraffin or heat rub, I couldn't apply that on my hair or skin, it smells horrible. I regretted it after I had a headache when I put my nose on trying to smell it. I don't think it's a good idea to sell this product to people, because you don't know what will be the result after you put on your skin. I couldn't return your item because it's a cost for me and I bought three of them same product
