The item got here, packed well. However there seemed to be a small part that got loose and the water would go up. It is not the fault of the seller. I believe it would be when it was on its way here it got shook. I have everything box included and will work with Phillips on getting that part replaced.
The seller responded to all my emails in a timely fashion and would purchase again from them.
