Very unresponsive on messages (they asked for a picture of the wrong item, which I had sent over to them and that was it from them). Horrible customer service and it's taking over a month to get a refund as they didn't even pick up the return, so ebay froze my case as the item was "still in transit". Only now my refund has been approved. Do not recommend this seller!!

They assured me they packed it so it would. When it arrived the two packs of pastry were completely unfrozen and the two ice packs which were supposed to keep it frozen were just liquid. The seller is already charging a very high price for these items and also £6.99 courier fee so that it supposedly get to the buyer in good condition. It didn't so my money was wasted.
