The flowers I bought as detailed in the seller description were not like the picture. The bunch was much smaller with much less flowers than I was expecting and was very disappointed. I contacted the seller more than once to give fair opportunity for them to respond and review the situation and maybe offer a refund or partial refund as some flowers were sent. The seller still hasn’t responded. Seller sold something that isn’t as described and has ignored a disappointed customer. Not very happy

I ordered these as they said they would arrive in time for Mother’s Day. The arrived a day after Mother’s Day, which was really upsetting as I wasn’t able to show my mum the appreciation she deserved.
I’ve tried messaging the seller but they don’t get back to me. The also weren’t anything like what was shown in the listing photo.
