DO NOT USE this eBay seller ! I have never had such a bad experience buying an item on eBay. Item did not arrive on time only to be told by the seller that Parcel Force had mixed up the delivery labels !!!! It is not parcel forces responsibility to label up the sellers parcels ! The attitude of the sellers on the phone was unbelievable blaming everyone else for their mistakes! Also said they only had 1 of the item when add said 10 available. AVOID!!!

Apologies again for the delivery mishap, however, we will not tolerate the abuse we received over the phone from you. Parcelforce mislabeled two parcels once they reached their depot, causing the delay. As soon as we realised the issue we contacted you to offer a solution which you refused and so a refund was promptly issued. When we contacted you with the genuine error you were abusive to our staff and would not let us fully explain the situation due to you interrupting at every opportunity.

I’m putting this as positive even though I didn’t receive the item. The item was listed incorrectly in the description. The seller acknowledged this very quickly and refunded me straight away which went back in to my bank straight away. I’m disappointed I didn’t get what I want because it was listed wrong, but nobody’s perfect. Customer service is always important and the customer service is what this review is based on, fast and quick to resolve, I would still order from them again.
