Received faulty gels . Told company immediately, I also sent images. I received a message saying they would refund for two of the gels. I explained they are all faulty and bad quality. I asked please can they arrange for a full refund and I would return the gels to them. I received another message asking, can we meet halfway? We will refund half of your money is that okay? Absolutely appalling service if I could give no stars I would.
