slimming it certainly is!
excellent product, easy to follow exercises to music that are fun and dont feel like working out at all. I felt toned and my muscles knew they had worked out after.

Slim down and exercise DVD
An excellent DVD, user friendly with a clear navigation menu which allows you to return to different sections without a long search. I like how it's programme caters for people of all levels of fitness and weight. It incorporates a 7 day workout programme and circuit training session with a healthy low fat diet. The exercise programme is varied, alternating body toning exercises and fat burning exercise with clear instructions throughout and advising to work at a level which suits you. I like doing the combination of a different daily exercise routine followed by the circuit training which gives a good workout in around 35 minutes. The great thing is that you can do this in your own home and in your own time, although you do need to make a daily commitment to both the exercise regime ... An excellent DVD, user friendly with a clear navigation menu which allows you to return to different sections without a long search. I particularly like the success stories as they help to spur you on.
