Beware of this seller. He sold me an item he claimed worked “great” and was one year old and was the original owner. Item arrived broken and is over 20 years old! He charged $22 to ship a $25 item. He expects me to pay even more to ship back to him. When I sent him pictures of broken item he offered a partial refund for an item that is worthless… he is now refusing refund so I am taking dispute steps.

Terrible service. Description said remote had been tested and it worked. His words. When remote arrived, and new batteries were installed, it did not work. We tried looking on the internet to see if there was something to do. I contacted seller and he smugly told me that I needed to program the remote. When asked how to program a remote, he replied, "Google it." Terrible seller. Terrible way to treat a buyer when the description said it had been tested and worked. Wouldn't buy from him.
