when i contacted you for vital tech about wheels, " i know noting about wheels...! " is not the way to sell somethnig. was reluctant to go and look. then when i placed the agreed bide i asked him to put them on a pallet please, we had talked earlier about me organising pallet collection. when driver turned up to collect them they were litrerally put on a pallet, no attempt to secure them. mate wake up

Just being honest when you contacted us, we do not have any expertise with wheels, but sought the information you requested and gave you it accurately. The wheels were zip-tied to the pallet with card board in between- not sure much else could be done there, considering we did state collection only.
