Item arrived several days earlier than expected. Fabulous item quiet and working well. The cosmetic damage is exactly as described and I don't even notice it day to day. 14kg Hoover H500 wash is exactly the size of machine needed to handle rugs from a bid dog household. The spin is the quietist I've ever had. To protect the bearings we keep it at 1000 spin but the 800 wasn't dry enough. The Only issue no manual but I remembered to remove the transit bolts. 😏

I checked reviews and was impressed. The delivery was very good, my fridge arrived in a couple of days. I was nervous about buying a reconditioned fridge, however I think it's a great buy. It looks new, apart from a few minor exterior marks which were listed. It works well. Customer service and communication is excellent. Compared to Currys I have saved myself £100 on buying the cheapest fridge they have. This one is probably much better. A happy customer 😊
