Seller had already sold the advertised article, but offered an alternative. They took almost a month to arrive, and the shipping status was very misleading (status still "Expected Sep 21"). The chairs had been packed poorly and the package clearly treated very badly during shipment (DHL). Box was trashed, with chair legs literally poking out the side. Fortunately, the contents were fine. Communication from the seller was OK, and they refunded the shipping cost to compensate for the trouble.
