I had an issue with an item I had ordered through no fault of their own. I neglected to read through the entire description, and that was on me. When I contacted the seller, they were more thanaccommodating. We figured everything out, and it definitely was to my advantage at the end of the call.You will not be disappointed in anything that you order from the seller. Blessings to you
- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past yearVerified purchasenothing like the photo as advertised this is not solid wood but is MDF very disappointing and certainly not worth the money. i received a partial refund because the item did not look like that advertised .this was prior to receiving the item. however on receiving tis item it was clearly NOT solid wood certainly not worth more than £20.00 UK currency as had blemishes, scratches and concealed repairs. I have received a partial refund which is not adequate so now awaiting response from supplier

So he asked what I wanted to do. I asked for a refund, and the money was back in my account within the hour. Accidents are always going to happen. Really impressed with how fast and efficient they handled theirs. I didn't wind up buying from them, but I definitely would in the future.
