Start to finish it took about 40 minutes to remove old hitch from my 1998 Elddis and fit the new hitch. One bad point I'd make is that the lock included feels very thin metal and I think with an angle grinder I could be through it in seconds.

Once a return was accepted I then proceeded to return this item in the very same packaging it was delivered in. This is where it all went down hill! No courier i contacted would return this for me all any who would wanted nearly £400 so I was forced to return this item in person costing me a day off work and £150 in fuel.
