Great ebayer, good to deal with, but was let down by the very poor delivery company UPS. UPS initially delivered the parcel to the wrong address, despite this being clearly marked on the package. Following numerous prolonged telephone conversations, UPS took more than 24 hours to retrieve rectify their incompetence but only because I followed up their activity by phone. UPS are wholly responsible for the unacceptable delay in my receipt of the package.
